how about whenever you’re walking down the street in the pouring rain with a golf umbrella, and a guy says,”that’s the best umbrella i’ve seen all night,” and you say, “haha, i know. it’s nice,” and then keep walking because it’s raining and you don’t want to talk to him, and he mumbles something, and you ask him to repeat himself a few times, and finally you understand that he’s saying, “i’d like to rent it from you,” and so you laugh your nervous okay-thank-you-bye-leave-me-alone awkward laugh and say, “you can’t. it’s mine,” and keep walking, and then he says, “i’d like to rent you, too.”

i mean, it was off-the-cuff, but he just hit on you while simultaneously suggesting you’re akin to a hooker. COME ON, DUDE!
